Five-Talent Stories - Ginia Roll and More
During our 5 Talent worship experience we invited the people of Aldersgate to share some of their God Story.
Ginia Roll: There have been many times in my life when there have been experiences of great stress or confusion where my faith has brought me peace in my childhood. When health issues have arisen and the outcome was unknown, my faith carried my husband and I through and gave me a calm and peace that could only have come from Jesus and my faith in Him.
My three children were all very grounded in their faith growing up and my husband and I have always felt their faith kept them leading a positive and worthy path forward. Watching them grow in Christ was a very positive experience that gave us great joy.
Anonymous: My parents were very strong Christians who planted the seed of faith in me. Took me to church, talked about it around the kitchen table, and led by example. As a young girl, I accepted Jesus in my heart and I have a strong personal prayer relationship with the Lord. I know prayer is strong and I know he has made many changes and blessings in my life because of it. Having a husband that loves the Lord and his church is also a huge blessing. I prayed for him and I was blessed.
